THERE are many reasons why you have to visit the Queen City of the South again. You might be surprised that when even for a very short period of time you visited Cebu last, a lot has changed.
Luxurious hotels and resorts rose over the city's skyline where local and foreign visitors enjoy, which complimented well with the friendliness of the Cebuanos.
The officers and members of the Davao Association of Tour Operators, led by Dato president Alex Divinagracia, were billeted last month to one of the most sophisticated, yet family-oriented, resort in Lapu-lapu Cebu -- the Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort & Spa.
The resort is centrally located on Mactan island and is only 20 minutes away from Mactan International Airport. With 556 well-appointed guestrooms, suites and villas.
Guests have the option to have an ocean view or the lust garden view from the balconies of their rooms. It has a 709 sq meters Spa and a fully equipped fitness center.
Other than that, the resort lives up to its name because it has absolutely all kinds of pool that suits all ages.
They have the Island Pool, Toddler's Pool, Wave Rider, Amazon River and Water Slides. You can also bask in the sun by the beach and stay in one of their first-class Cabanas, which has the same facilities you have in your suites. They have it all covered and made sure kids will be as jam packed with activities as their parents.
There's a special Kiddie Club that will arrange day activities for your little ones. Huge function rooms are ready for company convention and special family occasions such as weddings, debut and anniversaries.
Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort and Spa will be participating in the Mega Travel Fair March 2-4, 2012 at the Abreeza Activity Center.
