BELIEVING that one of the foundation of a good team is that of a strong bond among the staff, Holiday sets up team building for them at least every quarter, this is aside from short meetings at least once a week to keep each department updated on what’s happening within the gym and the fitness industry as a whole.
For the second half of the year, Holiday Gym held another team building/customer service training for its staff last June 22. As always, sumptuous dinner precedes the main activity.
That night, the staff were grouped by department and were asked to do a task representing their respective teams. Each team was then made to present and explain their output to the whole group.
After all teams have presented, the gym's operations manager Ivy Fernandez then conducted a short customer service training entitled "Beyond The Call of Duty".
Holiday Gym is committed not only in campaigning for healthy living, but also in continuing its efforts t improve the quality of service they provide as well as continue training their instructors in the science of exercise and on the latest trends in the fitness industry.
Holiday, for the nine years that it has been operating in Davao City, has always been, and will continue to be, in the forefront of giving the best and quality service and fitness expertise to the community, making sure that all their staff are educated and well-trained, certified and licensed in the field of fitness and wellness.
