GRAND Regal Hotel's celebration of its 14th Anniversary comes a new delightful entree from Grand Regal's Executive Chef Ed Chavez.
The hotel's experienced chef is working wonders at Grand Regal Hotel Davao as they introduce their signature dishes this month in celebration of the King of all Festivals -- Kadayawan.
Starting this month, Dabawenyos can enjoy Grand Regal's signature dishes that was first featured in Unilever's Soo Sarap Pinoy Food Trip.
These sumptuous main dishes are the likes of Hot Spicy Crabs composed of a mixture of coconut milk with tomato sauce; Deep Fried Lapu-Lapu Fiesta -- the tasty fish fried like a butterfly with mixture of spices such ginger, green mangoes, and tomatoes.
Another one is the Crispy Pork Dinakdakan Spicy, the famous dinakdakan but with a unique twist, and the ever so yummy Manok at Lumbod sa Hurno -- a special pinoy soup that is so unique in taste that will leave you saying "ooohhh."
To top it all off, there's the Napoleone de Davao -- a special durian dessert filling in between soft biscuits topped with glazed sugar and chocolate syrup. It's a great way of enjoying Davao's finest this Kadayawan.
These signature dishes are available daily upon order at Grand Regal Hotel's Champagne Bar.
