THE "Ber" months are finally on its way, as we celebrate the coming of the holidays -- colder weather, bright lights, elaborate decors, and a bounty of delicious Filipino food that will mark the beginning of weight gain as the ultimate party months approach.
This September, Grand Regal Hotel offers Davao foodies great choices of the hotel's chefs' specialties ranging from breakfast joys to a delicious main course.
Led by Executive Chef Ed Chavez, September will be a festive month at Grand Regal Hotel as he and his team prepares his recipe of the month dedicated to all Pinoys, the Bulalo Steak. This main course features tender cooked beef shank with bone marrow in a bed of al dente spaghetti with creamy mushroom sauce, dashed with fresh herbs. There are also strudels and fruit tarts freshly baked by our Pastry Chef, Chef Cagie, available everyday for the whole month of September.
