Wines galore at Swiss Deli

-A A +A

Thursday, July 11, 2013

VARIOUS types of imported wine -- and I mean the high-end ones -- flowed in another night of wine tasting just recently at the Swiss Deli and Restaurant along J.P. Laurel Avenue.

Wine drinkers, of course, also came in droves to have a taste of the variety of wines from New Zealand, Chile and Australia.

The basement of Swiss Deli, to where the wine cellar is also found, was jampacked on this particular night as usual as customers, guests and friends enjoyed a night of fun and laughter while sipping their favorite chianti and exchanging pleansantries.

On the bar were the Australian red wine Lindemans Cawarra, white wine Vina Santa Rita 120 from Chile and Kim Crawford Red from New Zealand, to name a few.

And, aside from the flowing wine, lots of sausages, hams, bacons and cheeses were offered by the management of Swiss Deli to its patrons.

Cheers. Everyone, indeed, had a good time at Swiss Deli and Restaurant.
