Doesn't Know How To Forgive (Third part)

-A A +A

Tuesday, July 8, 2014

DEAR Lucy K.,

Now, let’s get to the final journey to your problem. Here are more ways for you to cope up with forgives.

4. You have to practice compassion. I know that you want to feel that compassion for your own pain – but, try to have compassion for other’s pains. As you will be able to practice both perspectives, eventually, you will be able to feel compassion not only for yourself – but, for others as well. You have to keep on practicing to perfect this. You have to let go. It will be healthy for you and your senses.

5. You have to choose to forgive. Remember that when you will be able to feel compassion for both of your experiences, it will be easier for you to forgive. Forgive not only the other person, but also yourself. Let go of the part of you that was hurt. Do not fight it anymore. But, of course, don’t forget the lesson you’ve learned with your experience. After that, you can now focus on healing yourself.

6. Give time. It needs time to process all the pain, the anger and the hurt feelings. Go through it. Don’t make haste. After all, time will eventually heal all wounds. But, again, don’t forget your experience and let it make you a better and stronger person.

Should you want to continue with the relationship later, which is of course, would rest upon your own decision. Just remember to keep your distance – and make sure that the lessons you’ve learned are not forgotten and not wasted – but, they’re something that can help you with your future relationships.

Finally, Lucy K. again, you have to let it go. Let it go, let it go. Good luck!
