WITH the goal of providing the widely recognized method of learning to more children, Kumon Philippines will be offering free trial for its Math and Reading Programs in all Centers nationwide on September 17 to 30, 2014.

This two-week Free Trial Campaign will allow participants to go through the same learning routine as regular Kumon students. The participants will attend four class days, receive daily worksheets and have a study assessment and an individualized study plan prepared by a Kumon Instructor for free. According to one of the Kumon Instructors, "The Free Trial is an excellent opportunity to share Kumon. This is an execution of what Mr. Toru Kumon wants. It's a kindness movement."

Prior to their children joining the free trial campaign in the nearest Kumon Center, parents of the participants, will first attend a scheduled Parent Orientation to help them gain a thorough understanding of the Kumon Method and its benefits. Children will then be given a Diagnostic or Placement Test that will allow Kumon Instructors to gauge the children's learning ability and customize a specific starting point for each child in the program. This way, the children can begin their Kumon experience more comfortably and confidently. Kumon Instructors will then recommend an appropriate study plan based on the each child's level of readiness and learning pace.
