KNOWN for its delicious cinnamon rolls, Annipie has become one of the must visit food establishments in Davao City

They have two stores in the city, one along Quimpo Boulevard and the other along Malvar St. They also have a stall at Abreeza Ayala Mall. I am not sure if they have stalls in other malls. They used to have one at Gaisano mall but last I checked it was not there anymore.

For quite some time, it was only their cinnamon rolls that I would order from their stalls.

Recently, I found myself coming back here for a couple of times to try their other offerings.

The place

Just like some of the homegrown favorites in Davao City, Annipie has a very homey feel. I also love how well lighted it was during the day.

I also love the seating options here. Aside from the regular table and chairs, they have some booths on the side that are quite private and would be great for those who are here for a meeting or on a date. They also have a bar table and stools beside one of the windows. Then on one side of the store there is a sofa seat that is great for families and friends.

The food

For my visits here, I ordered their Chicken Cordon Bleu (P125) and Roast Beef in Wild Mushroom Sauce (P160). Then for my dessert I ordered the Dulce De Leche Cheesecake (P95). I also ordered their classic cinnamon rolls (P45), which is a must.

The Chicken Cordon Bleu I had was great. I love how crunchy the crust wass. The chicken was properly cooked. I also liked how the amount of cheese was just right; it was neither too cheesy nor lacking any cheese, unlike some cordon bleu I had in the past.

The Roast Beef in Wild Mushroom Sauce was my definite favorite of the two. I just love how flavorful it was and how tender the beef was.

The Dulce de Leche Cheesecake was simply delicious! I also love how it was not very sweet. This dessert has just made it to my favorite desserts list.

One of my guilty pleasures in life are Annipie’s cinnamon rolls and I would like to just rave to you guys how much I love it.

When I first had a bite of Annipie’s Cinnamon Rolls, I immediately fell in love with it. Since then, I have had other cinnamon rolls, including the famous brands, but they never came close to the satisfaction and joy the cinnamon rolls of Annipie can give to me.

Annipie’s cinnamon rolls are the best for me and I really love everything about it. From its taste to its beauty. I would not mind to spend my mornings with this beauty every day.

In terms of pricing, their meals range from P100 to P175. As for the desserts, I was not able to fully get a range but I think it won’t go beyond P200.

The service

The service I received during my visits were pretty good. I find the staff to be quite accommodating despite lacking a smile. I like how they set up the table moments after I take a seat at my table.

The food was also served within 15 minutes after ordering while the desserts were served within five minutes after ordering them.

Bottomline

Overall, I enjoyed my visit here. I enjoyed the food and their desserts were definitely top notch. Service was also pretty good.

I would recommend Annipie if you are looking for a nice place to have a meal.
