Accused is one Junie Geroy Hubac, 33, a faith healer or traditional medicine practitioner in Buhangin, Davao City.
The City Prosecutor’s Office on March 8 found probable cause to hold him for court trial based on the affidavit of victim's parents.
The mother, in her affidavit, said her daughter went to Hubac around 1:30 p.m. of March 4 for a massage therapy because she was not feeling well.
But while giving her massage, the mother's affidavit said her daughter claimed Hubac touched her breasts and genitals, even after she resisted.
The girl told her parents about what happened when she arrived home.
Hubac is now detained at the Buhangin Police Station. A P36,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty.
