THE City Prosecution Office (CPO) charged three men for robbing a man outside a videoke bar in Toril, Davao City.
In his resolution, prosecutor Carlos Castaños charged Yaser Sahid Bartolome, 30, Almajar Toronan Bastida, 21, and alias Alih with robbery based on the complaints of Sundhe Seniel.
Court records showed that the three got his Rayban worth P5,000, a MyPhone cellphone worth P2,300 and P970 cash on June 24.
The complainant, in his affidavit, said he went out of the videoke bar in Toril to pee when three men armed with a knife and iron clubs mauled him and declared hold up.
People, who saw the incident, called for police.
A witness tried to chase the three and talked with them begging to return the things to the victim. Seniel said Alias Alih returned the Rayban and cellphone to him.
The two are now detained at the Toril police station while alias Alih remains at large.
Castaños found sufficient evidence to charge the three and recommended P100,000 bail for each of the respondents' temporary liberty.
