Laborer nabbed for shabu sued

A LABORER is facing charges before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) after he was arrested for selling drugs.
Charged is Francis R. Murcilla, 29, resident of Pag-Asa, Bankerohan, Davao City with violation of the Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
Prosecutor Shahruddin Sencio Jr. found probable cause to charge Murcilla.
Court records showed that the respondent was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by San Pedro Police Precinct in the morning of August 30.
Recovered from his possession were a small sachet of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighed 0.0168 grams, another sachet weighed 0.0538 grams, and the P300 marked bill.
