A LESBIAN who killed her grandparents and two-year-old cousin will answer the charges filed against her next week.
Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 17 Judge Evalyn Morales set the arraignment of the accused Marivic Liloc, 22, on October 25.
Morales have also ordered the transfer of Liloc from Sasa Police Station to the Davao City Jail on October 5.
The City Prosecutor's Office (CPO) earlier found probable cause to charge Liloc for the killing of Fidel, 75, Teodora, 74, and cousin Christian Mark Campano, 2, on September 27.
She is also accused of stabbing two other cousins -- 11-year-old Christine Mae and two-month-old Cathlyn Campano - who survived the assault.
No bail was recommended for the two counts of parricide case, which were raffled off to RTC Branch 17, and for the murder case, which was raffled off to RTC Branch 33, while a bail of P120,000 each for the two counts of frustrated murder cases.
Erma Liloc, aunt of the accused, earlier told Sun.Star Davao that their family pushed through with the filing of cases against the suspect to give justice to their victim-relatives.
The accused said she regretted what she did to her grandparents and cousins, although she claimed she cannot recall what exactly happened.
They were just watching a noontime show on television when she went on a rampage.
Erma said there was also an incident when the respondent attempted to commit suicide by slashing her wrist a long time ago.
