Man accused of stabbing

A MAN is facing charges before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) for stabbing a 36-year-old differently-able person.
Charged with frustrated murder is Rico Garcia for stabbing Oliver Bustamante Baburi.
Garcia allegedly stabbed Baburi in the back. Baburi was brought to the
Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) for treatment.
A witness said before the incident, he saw Garcia standing by the road and holding a knife, apparently waiting for somebody.
Baburi then arrived on a motorcycle, and the witness saw Garcia rushing toward the man and stabbing him.
Garcia ran away upon noticing that there were several people who saw what happened.
Prosecutor Oliver Saniel recommended a P200,000 bail for the respondent. (ANC)
