THE City Government of Davao is now preparing for the release of the productivity enhancement incentives to all plantilla and job order employees of the City Hall, which will be released before Christmas.
Erwin P. Alparaque, chief of the City Hall Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) in Thursday's I-Speak media forum at the City Hall, told reporters that plantilla workers will each receive P15,000, while job order employees will each receive P10,000.
Based on the recent data from the HRMO, the city government has a total of 3,337 plantilla personnel and 8,468 job order positions.
Alparaque did not go into details on the specific date when will the productivity enhancement incentives be released but ensured that this will be released before December 25.
This is on top of the mandatory 13th month pay that all employees both in the private and public sector are entitled to receive.
Last year, the city also allotted P39 million for the performance enhancement incentives or annual Christmas bonus for regular and contractual employees of the City Hall.
A bonus of P15,000 and P10,000 was given to each regular and contractual City Hall employee, respectively.
"We already have the authority to release the annual performance enhancement incentives," Alparaque said.
For the Collective Negotiating Agreement incentives that some of the City Hall employees have been clamoring for, Alparaque said both panel from the administration and the Davao City Hall Employees Association are still conducting meetings to tackle such concern. (Jereco O. Paloma)
