Fuel efficiency and conservation in driving seminar set

THE University of the Philippines National Engineering Center (UP NEC) Diliman, Quezon City, in partnership with the Department of Energy (DOE), will conduct a free Fuel Efficiency and Conservation in Driving Seminar to all public utility drivers and operators in 10 different major cities in the provinces from January to April 2013.
