AN ILLEGAL drugs case has been filed against a man accused of possessing metamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu last week.
Charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act 9165, was Rico Doldolia, 30, a resident of sitio Punta in Barangay 76-A, Davao City.

Prosecutor Jofre Saniel found probable cause to hold him for court trial based on the accounts of Police Officer 2 Virgilio Arrubio of the Sta. Ana Police station.
Doldolia was arrested following information that he was armed with a grenade at sitio Punta last April 15.
Arrubio, who was among the police dispatched to check on the information, found Doldolia in possession of a sachet of shabu.
Saniel recommended a bail bond of P200,000 for the respondent's temporary liberty. (RMH)
