ONE Network Bank continues to prove that it is the largest and leading rural bank of choice in Mindanao, especially in far-flung areas that have limited or no access to banking institutions.
ONB president Alex Buenaventura yesterday announced that the bank was awarded as having the most strategically located automated teller machines.

"The award was handed out by MegaLink, Inc. in its 20th Anniversary held last May 11, 2010 at the Ayala Museum," Buenaventura said.
MegaLink, is the country's pioneering ATM and financial services provider and the first shared operational ATM network in the country with a total of 21 member institutions.
ONB, the widest rural banking network in Mindanao, is operating a total of 75 branches and 96 ATMs throughout Mindanao, including 17 localities where it is the sole provider of banking services.
ONB is taking advantage of the recovering economy with its rapid expansion in the rural areas of Mindanao. Recently, the bank inaugurated the rise of its new two-storey building in Kidapawan City.
"With our new branch in Kidapawan, ONB is offering bigger and better premises compared to its former leased site," Buenaventura said. "The branch will also be equipped with high-tech facilities, including the PeraAgad ATM which is attached to the Megalink network."
The launching of this new location is aligned with the bank's solid commitment of providing top of the line banking services to its Kidapawan clients. And since the site also houses the Cotabato cluster and cash center of ONB, the level of support given to the nine branches in Cotabato Province has likewise been upgraded.
"Our system can transact anywhere in the 75 branches. We are so blessed, so happy to share technology to our clients. And we will continue to do more banking in countryside Mindanao," Buenaventura said. (CPM)
