A PRETTY lady named Ozelle Sybel Burgos held a debut party at the Grand Regal Hotel in Lanang, Davao City last January 30.
It was a double celebration as her younger sister, Kriz Genesis A. Burgos, who turned nine years old last January 7 was also feted as the Junior Debutant on that day.

Ozelle turned 18 last January 26.
It was a special gathering of family members and close friends and a special night for everyone.
The common color for the night was red, symbolizing peace, love, patience, joy and purity.
No less than local talent and GMA artist Datu Prince serenaded the girls with his beautiful ballads.
Special guests like Precious International School of Davao administrator Perla Kwan and lawyer Ernesto Robillo, AMA Computer College school director delivered their birthday greetings to the girls.
Dancing to the music of Datu Prince, guests pinned paper bills on the dress of the debutant as part of the celebration.
There was also an audio visual presentation about the celebrant, her achievements and journey through life.
Of course, the evening will not be complete without the Cotillion Dance.
Also enjoying the night was Kriz, as she gears up to be the next debutant in the family.
"I was just a little girl who loves to play, who has a curious mind, who imagines big things and who smiles and giggles on anything. My childhood was filled with sweet and fond memories, memories that make up the big part of who I am now," Ozelle says in her invitation/program.
"As I continue my search and start to fathom the meaning of life, I anchor my whole being to my God. I know the roads of my journey are not always smooth, yet I know it will be worthwhile. The people around who know the real me say that I am a loving daughter who honors and obeys her parents. A caring sister who willingly extends her love and support to her younger siblings. A loyal friend who never fails to rescue in times of need. A faithful servant of God who takes part in expanding His Kingdom here on earth. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend and a child of God," she said.
Indeed, children are God's blessing and these two girls have proven to be the pride of their parents.
