MARK Po and Sheena Insular bagged the high school boys and girls titles, respectively, in the Rizal Special Education Learning Center (RSELC) Intramurals 2010 Chess Tournament held at the RSELC campus recently.
Po garnered four points in the Swiss System format chess event that had National Master (NM) Prospero "Bebot" Cruz as chief arbiter and principal Anita Lumantas as organizer.

Mikko Alinsub made three points and Kenneth Diao had two points to land on the next two positions. Nelson Ortega, who salvaged one point, was at fourth place while scoreless Julius Mapande was at the bottom.
Insular bested Dianne Velila, who had three points, Mitchelle Glee Dinoy and Lyza Sayson who scored identical 1.5 points and Nicole Esperancilla who lost all her games.
In Grade School division, Lee Nicole Villan clinched the Grade School girls title over Christine Nicor and Raine Adalid in the three-round event. Villan earned 1.5 points, while Nicor got one point and Adalid finished with a half point.
Rafael Ong, meanwhile, scored perfect three points to rule the Grade School Boys division over two-pointer Patrick Libres and one-pointer Emmanuel Pardillo.
