EVANGELIST Pastor Apollo Quiboloy said the Aquino government appears to be in campaign mode still.
"It (government) is not yet in governance mode. The new administration is 65 days in office, but it remains in OIC mode. There is no formal authority that the people can look up to. Thus, one cannot pinpoint who is responsible," Quiboloy said in a statement.

He said the next logical move after the hostage crisis is the resignation of the responsible official, like what the South Korean foreign minister did after he was charged of nepotism.
Quiboloy said he was disappointed by President Benigno Aquino III’s move of saving those who were directly responsible in the hostage taking.
"I personally love P-Noy, but in terms of running the government is another story," Quiboloy said.
He added the "present administration is torn apart by three factions that share the power of the presidency; and decisions are made by the President to please them, resulting to the lack of direction of our country.
In the recent presidential election, Quiboloy has endorsed former defense secretary Gilbert Teodoro. (Jereco O. Paloma)
