Senior Police Officer 2 Kelvin Joy Magno, investigator of the San Pedro Police Station, told Sun.Star Superbalita that the victim was walking home when one of the two men who shadowed him shot him several times.

Eyewitnesses said the men were about 5'3" tall, wore cargo short pants and black t-shirts. Members of the Scene of the Crime Operatives (Soco) found two empty bullet shells of a caliber .45 at the crime scene.

The second victim was identified as Arje Nor, 21, living at the residence of Antonio Uyanguren at Purok 1, Mangganian, Barangay Tibungco.

Senior Police Officer 2 Cristituto Pelenio of the Bunawan Police Station said the victim was asleep when he was shot dead around 10:30 p.m. of the same night.

The Uyanguren family woke up when six-year-old Christian screamed. The boy was hit by a stray bullet in the left hand. The Soco found two slugs of an unknown caliber at the crime scene.

Also shot at around 7:20 p.m. was one Jun Bulhog, resident of Barangay 76-A, Bucana.

Senior Police Officer 2 Kelvin Joy Magno told Sun.Star Superbalita that the victim was shot by one alias Dodong Pangit.

Magno said the victim was already brought to the Davao Medical Center (DMC) and he didn’t complete his investigation as doctors refused to let him enter the hospital. (AD)
