DDS, Ateneo booters win

THE D' Davao Survivors (DDS) FC topped the six-under event as Ateneo de Davao University captured three titles at the close of the SOS Cup 2011 at the SOS Children's Village Grounds over the weekend.

DDS FC prevailed over Exegesis and SOS Children's Village that placed second and third, respectively.

The Ateneo Grade School ruled the eight-under event at the expense of Ateneo Blue Knights and Philippine Women's College that wounded up in the next two spots in the bootfest officiated by the Davao Football Association (Davao FA).

Ateneo Blue toppled Ateneo Knights and Ateneo A for the 10-under crown.

The Ateneo Blue elementary girls team also bagged the title over SOS A that placed second and Black Knights that took the third spot.

The Black Knights, meanwhile, bested SOS B and SOS A to annex the 12-under title.

SOS Philippines Village director Leonilo Rivero and fund development/corporate relations officer Freya Pacis awarded the trophies and medals to the winners with SOS football coach Keith Shelly Canton. (MLSA)
