Magday rules SBC class A

BOYING Magday ruled the class A event of the SBC Bowler of Month for January held at the Fairlanes Bowling Center Sunday evening Sunday.

Magday hit a total of 252 pinfalls after two games among 14 other players entered in the category. Nonoy Calida made 238 pinfalls to place second and Nonoy Baluyot garnered 233 for third.

The class B title went to Jun Tabat who rolled 215 pins while Che-Che Calida (190) and Emie Orteza (196) finished second and third, respectively.

Rudy Castillo, meanwhile, struck for 222 pinfalls to clinch the class C title over Jayvee Baluyot (217) and Felix Villar (215).

In the ladies division, Pao Enfestan who registered 211 pinfalls annexed the title while Marlyn Villahermosa (208) was second and May Belarmino (199) third.

Cash prizes were awarded to the winners of the monthly finals organized by the Sunday Bowlers Club. (RPSA)
