Purok 6-Toda, RTA SIR win

THE Purok 6-Toda and RTA S.I.R. defeated their respective opponents in the resumption of the Tricycle and Trisikad Drivers Basketball Tournament at the Barangay 37-D Covered Court recently.
Bucana-based Purok 6-Toda cruised past Barangay 37-D, 66-56, to enter the winning column in Bracket B while RTA S.I.R. routed Sirta, 61-50, to post their first victory in bracket C.
Tournament director Enteng Lacson, in an interview, said 17 teams are divided to four brackets. The teams in each bracket will play the single-elimination format to determine the top team that will move on to the semi-finals.
Games will resume on Sunday 1 p.m. at the same venue.
Cash prizes and trophies are at stake for the winners in the cagefest supported by First District councilor Jackson V. Reyes. (RPSA)
