LPIC to conduct health, sports seminar Tuesday-A A +A

THE Living Power International Corporation (LPIC) will hold a “Health and Sports Enhancement Seminar” at 3 p.m. on Tuesday at the Paternos Restaurant along Roxas Avenue.
LPIC sports coordinator Rael Diaz, in an e-mailed statement to Sun.Star Davao, said the seminar will focus on the use of alternative medicines that may be used to enhance the performance of athletes.
Speakers for the seminar are LPIC president Dr. Chanita Chua, vice-president Reynaldo Tesoro and management advisory council William Cadaa.
Registration will start at 2:30 p.m. followed by the opening program and the first session dubbed “Health and Sports Enhancement Program.”
A free iris checkup will also be conducted to all participants at 4:30 p.m. then the speakers will tackle “How to get out of the drug trap”.
Various side effects of synthetic drugs that could hinder athletes to perform their best will be discussed.
