Orteza is back as SBC chief

DYNAMIC leader Emie Orteza was elected president of the Sunday Bowlers Club (SBC) after the election held at Fairlanes Bowling Center recently.

Orteza, who also served as SBC chief in 2011, gained a fresh mandate along with vice president Joe Torres, secretary Lisa Berandoy, treasurer Carlo Cano and auditor Jay Libres.

Ping Efondo, who served as 2012 president, joined Baby Plata, Mads Lauro, Mathess Domino, Ely Mursua, Bong Villamor, Emy Dejiga and Jimmy Sia as members of the board of directors.

The induction of officers is set on Jan. 12.

First activity lined up this year is the SBC President Cup slated to open on Jan. 22 at Fairlanes. (MLSA)
