THE Sinclair Basketball Super League will unfurl its Davao City elimination on March 24 in a still undetermined venue.
Event organizer Darren Evangelista bared this in a recent Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum held at Calle Cinco Restobar.
Evangelista said the city eliminations of the under-22 Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP)-sanctioned league will determine the team that will advance to the regional finals.
Similar legs will be held in Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga City, Bacolod City, Cebu City, Ilocos, Laguna/Cavite and National Capital Region.
The regional winner will then advance to an all-expense paid trip to the national finals slated May 30 to June 2. A whopping cash prize of P100,000 awaits the national champion, while the runner-up will settle for P75,000. The next two squads will go home with P50,000 and P25,000.
Registration fee is P15,000 per team (P14,500 cash and P500 proof of purchased Sinclair products).
