Mancio TKOs Romasasa in 3-A A +A

JERSON Mancio scored a technical knockout (TKO) over Jovel Romasasa at 1 minute and 55 seconds on the third round at the Ala-Cobra Tunay na Lakas Boxing main event last August 17 at Magsaysay Park.
Mancio, the reigning Philippine Light Flyweight champion from Esperanza, Agusan del Sur, wasted no time in finishing the General Santos City fighter Jovel Romasasa, on the third round of the fight, which was the main event in the fight card organized by Cobra Energy Drink in cooperation with ALA promotions.
Mancio's fight was part of his preparation for his participation in upcoming Asia or World Championship.
On the other hand, Ralph Lulu from Sultan Kudarat (8-0-2) put away Ronerex Dalut of General Santos City in similar fashion, via TKO in the third round.
Reymund Tabogon of Misamis Oriental went the distance against Engelbert Moralde from Davao City, beating the Davao City fighter by split decision (78-74,78-74,77-75).
The first third round TKO of the event, however, was delivered by John Vincent "Mulawin" Moralde (7-0-0) of Davao City against Jestoni Makiputin (5-0-2) of Valencia City, Bukidnon.
Other Dabawenyos who won in the said event were Bonjun Loperez and Gledon Ramos who both fought in four round bouts.
Loperez won via majority decision against Rocky Incepido of Valencia City, Bukidnon.
Ramos also won against fellow Dabawenyo Jessie James Boiles in a majority draw.
