Friday, October 25, 2013
THE Davao Champions League quarterfinals resumes this October 29 at Rizal Memorial Colleges with two games to be played at the Rizal Memorial Colleges gym.
The Holy Cross of Davao College (HCDC) Crusaders will be looking for their first win in the quarterfinals as they face off against the Davao Merchant Marine Academy College of Southern Philippines (DMMACSP) Mariners who currently have a 1-1 record in the quarterfinals. The game will begin at 3 p.m.
The Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) Blue Knights will also be looking for their first quarterfinal win and balance their record at the expense of the University of Mindanao (UM) Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. It is a must-win situation for UM, however, as a loss will bring them to a 1-3 record in the quarterfinals.
On October 30, the teams from the previous day will switch partners and play two more games, still at the Rizal Memorial Colleges gym.
The AdDU Blue Knights will face the DMMASCP Mariners at 3:00 p.m. while the HCDC Crusaders will square off against the UM Wildcats at 4:30 p.m.
The league is set to culminate on November 3 at Rizal Memorial Colleges gym, with the semifinal games to be played all the way to the championship, as well as a Three-Point Shootout Contest.
