Duterte riders standout in Padyakan-A A +A

DEXTER Nonato captured the title in the Padyakan sa Pasko held at Barangay Ma-a last December 22.
Nonato crossed the finish line ahead of Team Globe's Jayrald Daraydo and University of Mindanao Cycling Team's Marcial Catanggue.
Nonato's fellow Team Rody Duterte rider, Mary Pauline Fornea, who is also a member of the country's triathlon team, won over Team Globe's Hannah Codilla and Annabelle Cueta from Quezon province.
In the midget division, Nicko Tapao led the pack, followed by Batang Pinoy bet Jason Caseres and Team Rody Duterte's Bryle Chavez Cochin.
The executive division was topped by former SEA Games Gold Medalist Dominic Carpio, who served as the playing coach of University of Mindanao Cycling Team. Second place went to Kingking Roble of Mayor Jojo Pe¤as Cycling Team from Digos City while Team Rody Duterte's Ruben Pilapil took third.
The team classification was taken by Tony Mandelo of Team Globe, who racked up 71 points. Following them was Team Mayor Duterte Cycling Team's with 46 points, with University of Mindanao's team garnering 21 points to make third.
DC Invest, distributor of SMART and SUN, presented the event, which was also sponsored by Representative Mylene J. Garcia, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, former mayor Inday Sara, PAGCOR Philippines and Edzaldi Bikes.
DCSCC Chairmain Jun Paholio and Philcycling secretary general expressed their gratitude to Ma-a Barangay captain Oliva Cal and the Ma-a Rescue Group for their support during the event.
