The Grand Cup, formerly known as the Gaisano South (GS) Cup, is the biggest school-based league in Mindanao in terms of participation.

Organizers earlier assured that the change of name, however, doesn't mean major changes in the league.

A total of 80 teams are entered in the tournament. (MLSA)
