Offsourcing absorbs first loss-A A +A

CURRENT leader Offsourcing Davao absorbed its first loss as the Davao Call Center Basketball League (DCCBL) resumed at Evergold Gym Obrero over the weekend.
Offsourcing lost for the first time against Iqor Davao, 74-78, behind Winston Braza who poured in 23 points for Iqor.
Offsourcing, however, retained the top spot of the team standings with a total of six and one loss while Iqor occupied the second spot with four wins and one loss.
Davao Call Center All Stars (DCCAS) and Teleperformance Davao shared the third spot with an identical four-win, two-loss card.
Callbox Sales and Marketing Solutions Davao and Concentrix Davao tied at fourth with similar 3-3 record.
Callbox beat Sutherland Vikings, 78-76, as Peter Equia topscored with 31 while Erwell Adrias lifted Concentrix to an 80-72 win over DCCAS. Adrias sizzled with 33 markers.
Trailing behind were Sutherland Banakons (2-4), Focusinc Group (1-5) and Sutherland Vikings (0-6).
Tournament director Maki Ancajas, in an interview with Sun.Star Davao, said that games will be exciting because Offsourcing and Teleperformance must beat their rivals to Sutherland Vikings and Sutherland Banakons, respectively, to win a playoff berth.
