Blue Warrior rules MDK-SBD meet

THE Blue Warrior Club emerged over-all champion in the 30th Summer League Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk Do Gup Classing Championship Tournament held recently at The Annex of SM City Davao.

Blue Warrior struck for a total of 21 gold medals, five silvers and seven bronzes, while the Cotabato Moo Duk Kwan finished second by hauling 12 golds, 11 silvers and 16 bronzes.

The Black Cat copped eight golds, three silvers and one bronze to place third while Valiant Lord, which garnered six golds, 1 silver and one bronze, came fourth and the Black Cat Martial Arts, bagging four golds, three silvers and one bronze, was fifth.

Trailing behind were 3-4-3 Lions, 3-0-1 B.C. Fighters, 2-5-0 Kangaroo, 2-13 INB Force, 2-1-0 Timayod, 1-3-2 Hwarang, 1-3-1 Diamond Impact, 1-1-0 Hedojar and 0-3-1 KMA.

A total of 14 clubs from Davao City, Cotabato City, General Santos City, Kidapawan City, Panabo City and Mati City competed in the one-day tournament organized by Philippine Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk do under Edgardo "Bing" Grandeza. (MLSA)
