PRO 11 conducts fitness events-A A +A

THE Police Regional Office (PRO) 11 held several activities in celebration of the 113th Police Service Anniversary over the weekend at the PRO 11, Camp Quintin Merecido, Buhangin Davao City.
Activities featured were Pulisteknis, Bisikletahan, at Takbong Anibersaryo that also includes Taebo, Zumba, and a 5K run and bike from Damosa Gateway Lanang, Davao City to the PRO Office.
Police Chief Inspector Jed Clamour, in an interview with Sun.Star Davao, said there were 400 personnel who participated in different fitness activities last weekend.
"These fitness activities are beneficial for policemen so they can perform their duty well for the city," Clamour added.
The said activity was carried out simultaneously at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Headquaters, Camp Crame, and Police Regional Offices.
Clamour added, "It's been the effort of the PRO 11 to conduct such fitness activities for we want our personnel to be physically fit and morally uplifted in performing their duties."
An awarding ceremony was held Monday during the flag-raising ceremony where PRO 11 honored outstanding units and individuals. KRP)
