FAVORITES SOS Football Club (FC) and Sakya FC axed wins to keep their unbeaten records as the Sun.Star-sponsored She Futsal League resumed at the SM Lanang Premier Parking Lot C, Saturday.

SOS FC nipped a close 4-3 win against an experienced Punta del Sol side, thanks to a brace by team captain Agot Danton and goals from Mylene Albarracin and Joyce Semacio.

Brazil Street Child World Cup Golden Boot awardee Danton led the team's scoring by netting two goals in the 8th and 9th minutes while teammates Albarracin and Semacio added one goal each.

Punta del Sol booters July Bunac, June Mae, and Kristel Dureza scored one goal each.

Danton, in a conversation online, said the she's proud of her teammates for the big win against a veteran opponent in Punta del Sol.

"Intense yung laro namin tapos physical maglaro yung mga kalaban namin. Kelangan na pareho ang mindset sa tanan players sa team para maachieve nila sabay ang goals nila as a team. As the team captain, proud ako sa aking teammates kasi hindi sila bumigay agad at lumaban talaga sila until the end of the game," Danton said.

The win kept SOS FC's perfect record of six wins intact while Punta del Sol succumbed to their first loss in the tournament.

Sakya FC, meanwhile, crushed Strippling Warriors, 6-2. Sakya FC Booters Merlo Albano and Moira Calizo performed well as both netted their own hat-tricks for the team. Aiza Gravador was the lone scorer for the Strippling Warriors.

Sakya FC thus retained its clean slate with five wins and zero losses while Strippling Warriors slumped to a 2-4 win-loss record.

In other results, DDS Khanj blanked Ateneo-B, 22-0. A total team effort was enhanced by brilliant individual displays by booters Joan Camarillo, Michelle Alfeche, Janice Celestial, and Beth Villa-Abrille.
