The centers are located in Guihulngan City and at the Macias Sports Complex in Dumaguete City, near the Capitol building.

The donations within and outside Central Visayas sent through navy boats and C-130 aircraft carrier can be coursed through Dumaguete City, while donations and other government relief supplies from the northern part of Negros Island and Cebu are channeled through San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Prior to the establishment of these centers, relief goods all the way from DSWD-Central Visayas office in Cebu City took time to reach intended beneficiaries by land travel. Compounding the problem as well are impassable roads, making it hard for the social workers to deliver the goods. (Virgil Lopez/Sunnex)
