Court issues gag order on Kris Aquino, James Yap

A MAKATI Regional Trial Court on Friday issued a gag order over court proceedings involving ex-couple actress-TV host Kris Aquino and basketball star James Yap.

Judge Liza Marie Picardal-Tecson of Makati Regional Trial Court branch 144 issued the gag order after the hearing of Yap's petition for a hold departure order prohibiting the Queen of All Media from bringing their son, James Jr. (popularly known as Bimby), outside of the country.
