Kapuso stars grace Panaad Festival opening

THREE of GMA Network's most sought artists Dingdong Dantes, Max Collins and Julie Ann San Jose added more color to Negros Occidental's Panaad Festival opening last April 8 at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

In a press conference held at Planta Centro Bacolod Hotel, each of the Kapuso stars shared a thought or two while candidly answering questions from members of the Bacolod press.

TEEN idols Daniel Padilla and Enrique Gil are set to hold a concert at the USLS Coliseum on March 16 at 7 p.m.

The concert is produced by Merci and is dubbed as “Boyfriends & I.” It will also feature Brazilian-Japanese Hunk Daniel Matsunaga and Esquire Philippines' Sexiest Woman Ms. Solenn Heussaff.

‘Isyu Subong’ raises bar of excellence

THE men and women behind GMA Bacolod's "Isyu Subong" vowed that, as their show now airs back-to-back with multi-awarded news program 24 Oras, they will level up to the expectations of their viewers.

During the press conference last Saturday, executive producer Ashley Liza said they will continue with more in-depth features on which the show built its following, adding that they will also include more incisive news, both local and national.

Protégé champs, Party Pilipinas stars join MassKara Festival 2012 closing rites

THE two newly-proclaimed protégé champions and Party Pilipinas stars of GMA Kapuso Network were in Bacolod City yesterday to grace the closing ceremony of MassKara Festival Celebration at the Bacolod Public Plaza.

Thea Tolentino and Jeric Gonzales, who were adjudged as champions of Protégé Season 2 last Sunday, brought home P6 million worth of prices each. They also graced the opening of the Unigames at the University of St. La Salle yesterday.

THE pride of Bacolod City Chanel Morales, one of the top four finalists in Kapatid Network TV-5's "Artista Academy," was welcomed by members of the Bacolod media led by Negros Press Club president Arman Toga at her residence in Barangay Taculing.

Morales was in Bacolod City on Wednesday to visit her family and friends as part of the show of "Artista Academy."
