WHEN Tampa-Florida-based physician, Cebuano Dr. Chester U. Kokseng passed away due to a long-suffering bout with the Big C. Everyone at the Emergency Department of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital was taken aback for Chet, as he was fondly called, who would report for work religiously, hardly ever resting up to a month or so before his passing. Suffering was not, it seems, in his daily routine and being absent, was a no-no. On that fateful day of June 22, 2012, Chet was called home to his Creator, leaving a bereaved widow Dr. Jun Lara-Kokseng, and two children Keith and Stephanie.

PTT opens new branch in Pusok

PETROLEUM Authority of Thailand Philippines Corporation (PTTPC) opened its new branch in Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City last May 28, 2013.

The branch is owned and managed by Kenneth Lester Ang.

Although PTT is a fairly new player in the Philippine petroleum industry, Ang said that their sales have been improving every year.

“More and more customers and motorists are trying PTT,” Ang added.

This is also the third PTT gasoline station of the family. They started being a wholesaler of PTT lubricants in 2010 and ventured into gas stations afterwards.

And “E” is the first letter of his wife Emma’s name. QC Pavilion, he explains, is his and his wife’s first venture into real estate. His office in the building became the meeting place for his children and eventually his grandchildren, so bonding with all the family members was easy.
