Most wanted brothers arrested

POLICE have arrested recently two wanted siblings of Guimaras in separate operations in Bacolod City.
Elements of the Guimaras Provincial Police Office Special Operations Group (SOG), with assistance from Bacolod City Police, arrested the brothers who were facing charges of murder and frustrated murder before the sala of Regional Trial Court Branch 65 Judge Merlin D. Deloria in Jordan, Guimaras.

Suspect Elmer Tahum, 39, single, was arrested at Purok Riverside, Bata, Bacolod City around 8 p.m. Wednesday; while his brother, Rafael Tahum Jr, 35, single, was arrested at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, Bacolod City around 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Ranked No. 6 in the Top 10 Most Wanted Persons of Guimaras, the elder Tahum has a pending arrest order for murder, while Rafael has a pending warrant of arrest for frustrated murder.
A P200,000 bail was recommended for the younger Tahum.
The two suspects are now detained in Guimaras Police Station.
