Police chief honors 225 newly promoted cops

ILOILO Police Provincial Office (Ippo) Director Police Senior Superintendent Gil B. Lebin Jr. honored the 225 personnel who were recently promoted during the flag-raising ceremony at the Ippo grounds in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
“Your promotion is an accomplishment you owed to the public and to the service. Think not of the compensation you will earn but the responsibility that this promotion carries with you,” Lebin told the newly promoted officers.
Police Chief Inspector Luther G. Lugo III was promoted to superintendent, while 17 police inspectors were promoted to police senior inspectors.
For non-commissioned officers, 12 senior police officers 3 were promoted to senior police officers 4, 26 senior police officers 2 to senior police officers 3, 13 senior police officers 1 to senior police officers 2, while 64 police officers 3 were promoted to senior police officers 1.
Also, 60 police officers 2 were promoted to police officers 3 and 32 police officers 1 to police officers 2. (PR)
