ILOILO City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog has assured zero-violence at the Traffic Management and Transport Regulation Office (TMTRO) after a jeepney driver complained of being threatened at the office.

Mabilog said a series of trainings on courtesy for City Hall employees dealing with the general public will soon be executed.

Courtesy trainings for frontline services employees will be conducted within October while a courtesy training for TMTRO employees and traffic enforcers will be conducted by November this year.

Mabilog said the trainings are deemed necessary and expected for personal development of employees in facing and transacting business with the public.

City Hall is for the people of Iloilo City and those manning the services must always remember that courteous public service is a must. (Lydia C. Pendon)
