The project will irrigate barangays Consolacion, Sto. Niño, and Sta. Theresa with water coming from Morubuan River.

Defensor implemented the project in 2010 in three stages, which include the construction of check dam at Morubuan, construction of a pump house and construction of concrete canal leading to the farmlands. (PR)
