Free basketball, football clinics during America in 3D roadshow

TOP basketball and football players in the country will be in Iloilo City to conduct free clinics to coaches and young athletes of Iloilo.
The clinics, to be held at Central Philippine University, are part of the America in 3D roadshow initiated by the US Embassy and Ambassador Harry K. Thomas.
US Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) Leslie A. Bassett will join Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog, Governor Arthur Defensor Sr., and Representative Jerry P. Treñas in a ceremony during the clinics on March 3, Saturday, at CPU’s gymnasium.
The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) players will conduct six clinics on Saturday, March 3, and on Sunday, March 4, for 600 participants.
Booters Ali Borromeo and Anton Del Rosario of the famous Azkals will conduct refresher training for coaches on Friday, March 2, and skills clinics for 500 youth on Saturday, March 3, courtesy of the Philippine Football Federation.
They will conduct exhibition games for participating youth on Sunday, March 4. (LCP)
