Yummy Baked Potato Skins

Saturday, May 14, 2011 - 01:30 a.m.

THERE'S a favorite appetizer in various Italian and American restaurants that always gets ordered by my family. That will be Baked Potato Skins. Every time we try a new restaurant and the kids see Potato Skins on the menu, you will hear my boys begging for us to get the appetizer. Potato Skins usually are served with two kinds of sauces: sour cream and salsa.

BACK from vacation, back to my home. Back to the dagger-shaped island, back to where I belong.

Houston, what's the problem?

Thursday, May 12, 2011 - 10:30 p.m.

IT WAS no surprise that the biggest city in Texas would be the busiest. No culture shock, but the way they drive along the freeway is as ferocious as the F1 racers, the drivers in L.A., if not like our bus drivers who seem to incessantly want to set a record time. That is a problem, most especially when a stupid truck driver almost rammed into us. Paranoia was up levels higher after.
