The term "uso-uso" is coined from the word "uso", which means "goes with the trend." It is a jeepney rigged with an engine of a small truck, making it more powerful and faster than a regular jeepney. Several of these jeepneys have figured in road accidents.

Rebels burn mining firm's vehicles
