Magdalo soldier wants mutiny promulgation

In his two-page urgent motion, former Army 1Lt. Lawrence San Juan asked Makati Regional Trial Court Judge Oscar Pimentel to schedule the promulgation, saying he is not interested in applying for amnesty.
