Isabela City police commander Superintendent Allan Nazarro said the incident took place around 10:45 a.m. Monday in the village of Sta. Cruz, Isabela City, the capital of Basilan province.
Gunmen kill 3 cockpit aficionados

Police Station 7 commander Chief Inspector Larry Domingo said the incident took place around 7:40 p.m. along Governor Ramos Avenue in the village of Sta. Maria, north of the city.

Water firm conducts tree planting

More subsistence allowance for health workers pushed
