“He’s not our priority. We are prioritizing the Taiwanese incident. Mancao has been wasting people’s time and resources (for refusing to surrender),” Justice Secretary Leila de Lima told reporters on Tuesday.

The fire has been raging for more than 24 hours and the damage has been pegged at P220 million.
Hydro projects may solve power shortages in M’nao

2 killed in suffocation

NPA says 27 soldiers killed in May clashes

In the statement, spokesperson of the NPA in North Central Mindanao Regional Command (NPA-NCMReCom) Allan Juanito, said since May 3 to 11, 2013, the armed rebels noted 27 casualties and many were injured on the military side, these were soldiers “who tried to destroy the growing revolutionary exercises” of the communist group.

DENR inquiry confirms damage to corals

The initial findings DENR released also showed that in Kontiki Wall, a popular dive site, only about 31 percent of its corals can be classified as in good or fair condition.

6-year-old boy dies of dengue

Arles said that they filed the partial reconsideration because of the exclusion of the Alvarezes and Tabujara from the murder case while the DOJ has elevated the murder case against the other suspects.

Davao, TFD to ink deal giving task force space at terminal

2 landmine blasts hurt 8 people in Davao Norte
