Joavan was transferred to the CPDRC last Wednesday after he and two other companions were arrested in the southwestern town of Moalboal last Monday. They were preparing to board two pump boats for Negros Oriental.
‘Metro Cebu’ swindlers claim 2 more victims

Measles cases soar by 157%
